I’m not sure I’ve ever laughed so much at an engagement session. Sam was somewhat quiet during our Zoom chat ahead of our session, but the day of? He had Francesca cracking up, showcasing her gorgeous smile, and me saying “Oh my gosh!” followed by a laugh. Their Austin engagement photos were so fun to capture and it was awesome getting to know this beautiful couple!
Francesa and Sam opted for two outfits, a perfectly Austin jeans and top look, followed by dressing it up a tad! Francesca looked absolutely stunning in her blush gown and the flowers were the perfect pop of color! And while Sam hadn’t donned a suit in who knows how long? He sported one for the session and looked dapper next to his beautiful fiance!
One of my favorite parts about doing engagement photos at a venue like Camino Real Ranch (or any pretty wedding venue) is the variety of spots you have to photograph! Here we have the Quonset Hut, The Greenhouse, and the stunning grounds. The wheat colored tall grass gets me everytime in the fall-so dreamy! And the whimsical lanterns hanging from the old oak tree-seriously can’t be beat!
