Winding garden paths lead you to the famous greenhouse used for reception space and cocktail hour garden for your guests to enjoy. The garden’s caretaker is somewhat of a miracle worker as the gardens are untamed enough to be considered whimsical and wild, but curated enough to appreciate each bloom and walkway.
I was most surprised to find in the greenhouse reception space that the foliage actually grows into the building. It truly feels like you’re in an enchanted garden that maybe has a mind of its own.
It’s true that this venue is absolutely for a particular client, it needs the wedding designer to pull the areas together and make the decor of the day either stand out amongst the greenery or seamlessly blend in. It’s for a couple that enjoys classic elegance and appreciates a good mid-century lounge.
