National Gallery of Art Engagement Session

Jefferson Memorial + National Gallery of Art

E+R (and H the pup)

It was a perfectly DC morning with Elsa, Robey, and their adorable pup, Hudson. We arrived at the Jefferson Memorial early to stroll in front of the reflecting pool and take advantage of the gorgeous architecture that provides stunning background vignettes for this beautiful couple. Elsa was just beautiful in her floral blue and white dress-linked here. The crowds picked up after a bit, so we walked to the FDR Monument to give Hudson some time to be more energetic.

As with most DC engagement sessions, more than one location is ideal. Elsa and Robey chose the National Gallery of Art for their second location. This outfit change and location change allowed me to visit the croissant shop of my dreams! Petite Cerise blew me away with their array of croissants and authentic Parisian feel.

Elsa said it best about their Art Gallery photos-Met Gala vibes with a DC flair. They stunned in their outfits and drew attention and well wishes from so many onlookers. It was so fun to get creative in the museum and capture their love story against such unique backdrops.

Cheers, to Elsa and Robey (and sweet Hudson). I’m wishing you two a lifetime of happiness!
