Engagement Session
There is nothing better than an engagement with a super sweet couple that is clearly madly in love! And that, friends? Is exactly what we had for this session at Confluence Park San Antonio with Emily and Mitch! Their laughter and easy going nature made guiding them through poses a breeze and their outfits were absolutely perfect! One of my favorite things that they did for their session was start with their dressy outfits and end with their more casual ones!
When I “met” this sweet couple on Zoom, I immediately was excited to be working with them. Their wedding day will be at Park 31 and Emily spoke right to my heart about incorporating sentimental items into their planning. It was so fun seeing her and Mitch talk to each other over Zoom and STILL be able to tell how great they are together. Sometimes online meetings can be awkward-but not with these guys! Needless to say, once quarantine loosened up, it was exciting to start finally planning their engagement session.
Our session began at Confluence Park San Antonio, known for its soaring arches and bright, dreamy light. It’s one of my favorite spots to take couples to! Along with the unique architecture, it also has beautiful greenery and many photo worthy spots on the property.
After, we headed over to Mission Concepcion, which interestingly is less than 5 minutes from this ultra modern park. The mix of old and new brings out the best of what makes San Antonio the city it is today.
